A special philanthropic program, The Giving Tree is a program that celebrates Verrado’s extraordinary commitment to volunteerism and charitable endeavors. The Giving Tree supports organizations and causes near and dear to the hearts of the Verrado community, including monthly service trips to the Phoenix Rescue Mission, the annual Feed My Starving Children MobilePack, and the Joy of Giving holiday gift drive.

Created through the Verrado Assembly, Verrado Leadership™ works to enhance the quality of life for Verrado residents by cultivating a community of leadership and by creating a legacy that touches the hearts and lives of residents today and for years to come. Each neighborhood (identified by our unique neighborhood parks) is represented by one or more neighborhood leader committed to facilitating neighbor-to-neighbor connections by providing warm welcomes, organizing neighborhood events and serving as an ambassador for the community and the Verrado Assembly.
