55 Things On The Road to VictoryWe can’t believe it’s been almost forty weeks since we first started sharing 55 Things to do while you wait for Victory. We know you appreciate the ideas and suggestions, but now that the Victory story is really unfolding we are ready to share it with you.

In fact, we’ve received so many questions over the last few months that we decided to create a video series to answer them. So, it’s time to get On the Road to Victory.

Starting next week, this brand new video series will be covering the stuff you’ve been anxious to learn about. Watch as Verrado’s Director of Community Life, Todd Hornback, takes you on a journey through what makes Victory unique with the experts that are helping bring it to life.

Over the next few months, Todd will be covering all sorts of fun stuff, from the incredible amount of choice Victory offers in both homes and amenities, to why it’s so great to be part of a great small town community like Verrado.

The On the Road to Victory videos give you unprecedented access to the architects, home designers, food gurus, golf pros and creative thinkers who dreamt this innovative new community up. Their expertise and vision are going to paint a clear picture of the active and engaging lifestyle you can expect to lead at Victory.

We’ll also be updating the website with details about each subject along the way, so you can read about each topic in-depth after watching the videos. And finally, we will be asking for your feedback every step of the way – our team can’t wait to hear what you think. Here’s what you can expect to see On The Road to Victory:

The Verrado Way – Why Victory is Part of Verrado:

Verrado is a truly special place. Victory’s connection to this thriving small-town community is what makes it different from any other option out there. Hear why this really matters from the person that knows Verrado and its residents best, Todd Hornback, as he takes you on a tour through the charming community.

The Food Experience at Victory:

If we aren’t eating, we’re thinking about eating. More than ever people are having a love affair with food and drink. In this video Todd Hornback will be talking with David O’Donoghue, DMB’s Director of Club Operations, about how food at Victory will be an immersive and engaging experience, from cooking classes to visiting chefs and the brand new restaurant at The Victory Club.

Health & Fitness at Victory:

Baby Boomers may be the most health minded generation in history, so it goes without saying that fitness and well-being are top priority at Victory. In this video Todd will talk with Victory’s General Manager, Nick Taratsas, about all of the cool stuff at Victory that’s going to keep you moving both indoors and out.

Golf at Victory with PGA Pro Tom Lehman:

The game of golf is changing, which is exactly why we challenged former US Open champion and multi-time PGA Player of the Year Tom Lehman to create the most unique golf experience in the region at Victory. Tune in to hear Todd and Tom discuss Victory’s golf playground, our flexible 18-hole course designed to be more fun and playable, and other details that make golf at Victory one-of-a-kind.

The Victory Club Reveal:

We know you wouldn’t care for another stodgy old club at Victory, so we brought in a team of architects and designers who would deliver a totally new take. As the hub of activity at Victory, The Victory Club is going to be an incredible place. Learn about we’re taking advantage of our location in the White Tank Mountains from lead designer and architect Tim Slattery of San Francisco based Hart Howerton. Tim will also shed some light on the club’s architecture, features and facilities, including fitness, art, education, dining and the spa.

The Homes at Victory:

We know you want a ton of choice and flexibility when it comes to choosing your next home, which is why Victory will be the first active adult community in Arizona to offer homes from four different nationally respected homebuilders: Standard Pacific, Lennar, Maracay and TW Lewis by David Weekley Homes. In addition to offering the most choices in town, the Victory District will feature innovative designs lead by Universal Design Expert Mary Jo Peterson and KTGY Architecture and Planning’s Manny Gonzales. You’ll hear from both of them as they discuss the homes at Victory.
