Although it’s been a while since he said it, Dr. Cooper’s words ring true now just as they did years ago. Baby Boomers are undoubtedly the most health minded generation in history, which is why fitness and well-being are such integral components of The Victory District. We know you want to eat well, stay in shape and live a healthy life. Heck, for most of us, this is the first chance we’ve had to focus on our own well-being and fitness goals in years.

But everybody’s different, which is why Victory at Verrado has tons of options when it comes to staying active and fit. From an all-new Life Performance Training Center focused on helping you reach personal fitness goals using a program based on the benefits of Applied Functional Science, to a spa equipped with 3 massage/facial rooms, manicure and pedicure stations, and a quiet lounge area.
