The wait is over. Victory at Verrado is officially here, and we’re excited to share that it opened with a quite bang. Before we get to the details, we’d like to extend a huge thank you to the many loyal Victory fans, patient followers, and Verrado residents that came out and helped make the First Dibs event so special.

Just how special was it? Well, to start, over 3,000 fans and future residents streamed through the model park throughout the weekend to see what Victory at Verrado was all about. And our four builders truly delivered, with 11 spectacular, thoughtfully designed new models for visitors to explore.

If that wasn’t a big enough treat, the crew was serving up delicious bites on the newly opened (and awesome) Big Patio, along with food trucks dishing out delicacies for all to enjoy. Not to mention impressive golf demonstrations by Nike Golf, fitness presentations by the team behind the Applied Functional Science philosophy at the future Victory Club, the launch of the nation’s first Avid Trails™ system at the Victory trailhead, AND a 20 foot tall sign reading “Have Fun” atop the future Victory Club site to set the tone for what promises to be the most exciting place in town.

And it get’s even better! Following an exciting First Dibs weekend, we were smiling ear to ear when Victory’s most loyal future residents decided to camp out at 2AM to make sure they were the first in line for their new home at Victory. Now that’s “First Dibs!”

The campers and line that formed after even gained the attention of FOX 10 News, who reported on the action right from the scene. You can watch the segment below.

For those that missed First Dibs or just can’t get enough of Victory at Verrado, we’re also excited to share a fun highlight video from the weekend’s events. If you were there and wondering what that little drone flying above your head throughout the day was capturing, this is it. Take a look at the video below for a birds eye view of the action.

Finally, if you weren’t able to make the event this weekend, we want to make sure you know the model park featuring 11 brand new floor plans from Standard Pacific Homes, T.W.
