Standing high in the White Tank Mountains this morning, surrounded by nearly 200 partners, colleagues and friends, DMB announced its newest district in Verrado – Victory, an active adult district within Verrado. The second 50 years of life should be filled with personal and professional victories and we are developing a place where Boomers can create their best life. 

Boomers are the most talented, skilled and highly educated generation we have ever known. They are looking for new challenges and ways to contribute their talents and keep growing. Our industry hasn’t yet created a community for the way this generation wants to live – until now.

DMB applied its unique planning and development approach to this new district. Studying our consumers, the best-in-class communities around the country, and working with lifestyle and medical experts, futurists and others, DMB has set out to shift the old paradigm and create a new concept in active adult living. Victory residents will experience the perfect balance of exclusivity, and connectedness, as a meaningful part of the thriving community of Verrado.

In the coming months, we will be revealing more about the homebuilders and the amenities planned for this new 1,200 acre district set to debut in January 2015.
