Verrado’s favorite community celebration is back for the 10th year and we want you to come out to join the fun. What better way to experience the Adventure at Victory than to join over 5,000 people for one our biggest events of the year: Founder’s Day.
You might be asking yourself how big a concert at our little hometown community could actually be, but trust us when we say Founder’s Day is the real deal. From the B-52’s to Train, to Blues Traveler, the Beach Boys, Steven Page and even Rick Springfield, this place knows how to throw it down when it comes to the annual Founder’s Day festivities.
And the hot streak continues this year with another great act. For 2015 Founder’s Day concert-goers will get a show on the big stage at the Village Green Park from none other than Sugar Ray.
Famous for hits like “Fly,” “Every Morning,” “Someday,” and “When It’s Over,” Sugar Ray is lead by former Rolling Stone and Spin Magazine cover-boy and People’s “Sexiest Rocker” of 1998, Mark McGrath. With over 10 million record sales worldwide, two top 10 albums, four top 10s and two #1 hits, you can be sure these guys will put on one heck-of-a show come March 28th. You can learn more about the band here on Wikipedia.
So, mark your calendar and get ready for some fun on March 28th at 8:00PM on the Village Green on Main St. Verrado. If you’re making the trip, be sure to come early and spend some time on The Big Patio, tour the Victory model homes, drop by Verrado Coffee Company, hit a restaurant on Main St. and meet a few neighbors in town.
See you at Founder’s Day, busting a move to Sugar Ray.
