Welcome to the third installment of our ongoing series of updates on The Victory Club. Despite the summer heat being in full swing here in the Valley of the Sun, our construction crews continue to make substantial and exciting progress on this incredible amenity every day. In our last update back on July, 10th, our team was pleased to share that vertical construction was under way on site, with the club becoming visible from miles away on Indian School and Jackrabbit Trail roads. We also showed you some photos of the Victory Vineyard and a view of the Club from The Big Patio, which is becoming more visually stunning every week (if you missed that post, click here to have a look at the photos).
This week, we’re equally excited to report that the crew has now completed what we in the biz call “topping out,” which means all structural framing is complete at the roof level. With this important step complete, Victory visitors and residents (meet our first residents here) will see roofing being installed on buildings over the next few weeks. In addition, as you can see in the photos, we are ready to start closing up the walls in the Vic Restaurant Kitchen and Life Performance Training Center with drywall this week. Finally, you’ll notice that pool infrastructure is now complete, which means we are officially pouring all four pools this week or next.

Pools and More
As mentioned above, we are also extremely excited to share that construction is moving along quickly on both the lap pool and resort pools. As you can see from the photos below we are prepared to pour the pool surface for Victory’s 25 yard lap pool, and have now completed all plumbing on the northern most resort pool. In addition to the pools, the construction team has also made substantial progress inside the building including framing out the soon-to-be Spa area and the Arizona Great Room.
