We are extremely excited to share that Verrado Coffee Company is opening this Friday, September 5th, 2014.

For those in need of their caffeine fix, VCC has you covered with their locally roasted coffee courtesy of Espresso Italia in Tempe, cold brewed iced coffee, chai tea, caramel lattes, macchiatos, blended coffee drinks and other delicious coffee drinks. They’ll also be offering infusion teas, refreshing smoothies, a variety of fresh baked goods, salads and sandwiches to go, and even something for Fido should you bring him along to chill on the patio.

Whether you’re ‘coffee snob’ or simply appreciate a decent cup of joe, we are positive that you are going to love this exciting addition to Verrado.

Verrado Coffee Co. is intent on serving up a serious helping of community, too. The coffee house is meant to be a gathering place for current and future residents alike, with the space chock-full of comfy seating, fun art, good books and friendly people.  For residents, it’s a perfect place to sit down with your laptop and get some work done, meet with your friends, listen to music or just relax.

And, for anyone thinking about joining our community, what better place is there to talk with future neighbors, grab info on our neighborhoods and get a feel for the Verrado vibe.

You need to drop in and check out the roomy community tables, our absolutely amazing 30 foot long sofa (see photos below),super cute kids corner, free wifi, the massive bookshelf full of good reads and Verrado Dog Park next door. This is the perfect place to learn what makes Verrado so special.
