Construction has started on 122 luxury town homes surrounding Heritage Swim Park in the Heritage District.

In addition, these town homes are subject to Verrado’s Commercial CCRs, including assessments and lease terms. BB Living is responsible for town home property maintenance.
Leasing of first three buildings (with seven units) will begin in the next few months.
