Just a heads up that all models in Verrado with the eggception of Pinnacle West Homes will be closed on Sunday, April 5^th in observance of the Easter Holiday.  If you are on the house hunt this Sunday, visit Pinnacle West from noon until 6:00 p.m.  Our other exceptional builders look forward to your visit when they return on Monday April 7^th.  The Verrado Coffee Company will also be open on Easter Sunday, and can provide you with any community information you need.  Happy Easter!
