We are excited to share that Victory at Verrado was recently featured in USA TODAY. Sure, we think Victory is terrific, but could not be more proud that it is receiving so much positive attention.
Scheduled to launch in 2015, Victory isn’t like other active adult communities. Aside from featuring unique homes designed specifically for ‘boomers and impressive new amenities, Victory is integrated directly into the larger Verrado community, which means residents will have easy access to our vibrant downtown (anything else?).
This key feature, which came after years of research, is echoed in the article titled New Boomer community rethinks life after 55: “Boomers, as they have proven over a lifetime, have ideas often different from their parents’ about retirement. They don’t want to live with people just their age who look just like them. They often plan to hike or work out instead of playing golf. They still want to be close to their families — but with a little space to themselves. And they really, really care about their living space.” – Catherine Reagor , USA Today / The Arizona Republic
