This past year, the Verrado community sold more than 400 homes—an increase of more than 20 percent over 2015 sales, making 2016 the strongest sales year since Verrado’s 2004 grand opening.

This upward sales momentum earned Verrado the #20 spot on the national list of best-selling master-planned communities for 2016 according to new reports released by real estate industry analysts RCLCO (Robert Charles Lesser & Company). Only two other Arizona communities ranked in the top 20.

“Verrado is leading the strong sales and increased home values being experienced across the West Valley real estate market,” said Dan Kelly, General Manager of Verrado and Senior Vice President of DMB. “Our mountainside location, affordable home options, high-performing schools and growing amenities continue to attract buyers.”

With 72 unique parks, five delicious restaurants, endless tree-lined streets, miles of paths and trails, expanding commercial options and the addition of Victory at Verrado to the community, Verrado is growing.

“People want to live in Verrado because it is beautiful and more importantly because neighbors genuinely care for and connect with one another.” said Todd Hornback, Director for DMB Community Life and Verrado resident. “Verrado is like no other community in the Valley. It offers incredible opportunities to get involved that you just can’t find elsewhere—from annual celebrations to more than 75 clubs to volunteer service opportunities, there really is no shortage of things to do.”
