Verrado’s newest club may just have your foot tapping!  The recently founded Verrado Harmonizers has just kicked off and are looking for new members to join the Barbershop style of singing. With plans to perform around Verrado and surrounding communities, the Verrado Harmonizers have big ideas for the future.

Barbershop Quartet

As the membership grows, Verrado’s Harmonizers will perform for special occasions including Valentines Day, anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, etc. Performing for an audience at special occasions offers musicians a rewarding experience that is unlike any other.

Individual quartets are also encouraged after the club has established itself and friendships develop. These groups may create a name for the group and perform by themselves, but they must be open to critique from fellow club members.
For more information on joining the Verrado Harmonizers, contact Jay Alsup at verradoharmonizers@gmail.com and leave an email with your name, age, singing experience, vocal range and email address.Men over the age of 15 years-old (and women of all ages) are invited to join the group with no membership cost. The Verrado Harmonizers are looking for singers of all sounds and experience levels. A Cappella includes singing in the four parts: lead, bass baritone and tenor. Training can even be provided for all skill levels. There is no membership fee attached to joining the club and practice times will be established as the group develops.
