Verrado’s future is all about its Heritage.

As our small town continues to grow, the new Heritage District is the next big thing. And we are pleased to announce the five builders developing our next Heritage neighborhood.

In keeping with the best of hometown and Arizona, the Heritage District is a continuation of community life and gathering in Verrado, a value held high among residents. With 16 new parks and plans for a resort-style swim park, a temporary dog park, a local coffee shop and a new K-8 elementary school that will accommodate up to 950 students, the feeling of community is everywhere.

Houses in the Heritage District, like other areas of Verrado, will feature front porches and diverse, authentic architecture. Prices are planned to start in the mid-200,000s.

AV will start work on 174 lots in Verrado’s Heritage neighborhood as part of the Phase 3 design process, featuring 10 home plans ranging from 1,959 to 4,072 square feet, and offering six single-story and four two-story options.

Maracay brings fourteen new home plans to the Heritage district ranging from 2,063-4152 square feet, and featuring three single story and three two story options.

New to the neighborhood but certainly not to homebuilding, William Ryan brings its “customer-driven design” to the Heritage District with a sharp focus on architectural design and flexible floor plans.

William Ryan Homes will feature 4 one- and two-story home plans ranging from 1,933-2,806 square feet.
