At Verrado Coffee Company, we’re all about Coffee and Community.  And as our community is growing, so is our Verrado story.  Come in and see the additions to the storyboard, and explore the new Verrado Info Center now boasting a beautiful topography table, stunning community photography, and lots of great information about our town, homes and builders.  There’s now a separate entrance, but still a shared love of place.

The Verrado Coffee Company opened in 2014, serving specialty espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, pastries and a heaping side of community.  We’ve gotten accolades for our coffee, our vibrant and sophisticated interiors, a cool dog friendly patio, and plenty of friendly locals who love to tell the story of their hometown.  The Verrado Coffee Company serves their own exclusive blend, roasted locally by Espresso Italia.

Featured recently in an article in The Culture Trip titled Top 8 Restaurants in Buckeye, Arizona, Verrado Coffee Company draws people from all over for a delicious and perky taste of Verrado.  Recognized by Phoenix Magazine as bringing “a touch of cosmopolitan to the West Valley”, we’re honored to be a go to spot to grab your cup o’ joe, meet up, or just chill with the wifi and get away.

In 2016, we are excited to expand to better meet the needs of prospective residents, offering these additional community resources:

The Builder Room 

Stop in this charming space for a preview of Verrado’s neighborhood builders. This room showcases the variety of exceptional builders and the unique architecture that is Very Verrado.  Community crewmembers are on staff to help prospective residents with their home search and answer questions about life in Verrado. Leveraging the latest technology, the room features several large monitors with new home information and the just released Very Verrado app.

The Topography Table

This beautiful new addition tells the story of Verrado in a 3D format. Current and perspective residents can see their homesites in relation to the schools, parks, and amenities around town.  The Verrado story has a bright future, and this is a fun way to see where it’s headed.

While we’re excited to share these new chapters to the Verrado story, we’re also proud to preserve the great VCC spaces Verrado residents and guests have come to know and love.

The Den, a cozy space that hosts resident and civic groups by reservation, remains available to the community for more private events and meetings.  Featuring comfy couches and a large screen monitor with Apple TV, this space has accommodated everyone from the White Tank Mountain Conservancy Group to the Knits & Giggles Club, Spanish Language Learners, and lots of children enjoying weekly story time on Wednesdays.  You can reserve this space by emailing Den@VerradoCoffeeCompany.com.

The Library features over 500 titles to explore and enjoy while you visit.  With topics relative to Verrado and our community story, you can read up on all kinds of great things including healthy living, hiking, architecture, pets and culture while you visit.  We don’t mind if you stay all day, that’s why we made the seats so comfy.

The Kids Nook is still stocked with imaginative games and an entire wall of chalkboards for young artists to make their own masterpiece.  The nook also has a library of children’s books for littles of all ages.

A favorite gathering place of Verrado dogs and their humans, the Verrado Dog Park features separate play areas for small and large breed fidos.  Come on out and run with the pack!

You’ll find a little something for everyone in this special place.  Still all about coffee & community, and very proud to call Verrado home.
