As the needs of the Verrado community and the greater region grow, so too are the nearby services and conveniences.

In 2017, Dominion Self-Storage and Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry will open in Verrado’s Marketside District, the mixed-use district at the I-10 and Verrado Way entry to our community.

Dominion Self-Storage is locally owned and operated. The company prides itself on its unique facility design to align with the surrounding architecture and community master plan. Its first location in Chandler was recognized nationally for its design.

Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry has existing locations in Goodyear and Surprise. This premier pediatric dental practice specializes in oral health care from infancy to age 18, believing that prevention and early intervention are key to good oral health.

Construction for Dominion Self Storage and Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry is expected to begin the first quarter of 2017; both business expect to open before year end.

Verrado’s Marketside District is 60-acres at the gateway to the community and includes Banner Health Center, Verrado Coffee Company, Culver’s and Corner Store conveniences with Valero fuel station.

Future Marketside District development could include complementary services and businesses such as restaurants, shopping, medical, hotels and residential units that will be developed over the coming years. The district’s architectural character reflects the hometown feel of Verrado, while being more accessible to a larger market.
