Visitors recently got to experience our very fun lifestyle first-hand with a picnic in the park at Verrado’s fall open house series. The Picnic in the Park Open House event series showcased 35 beautiful models as well as over 50 new homes available now in Verrado , with a side of live music, food trucks, games, contests and plenty of bouncy house fun for the little ones too. A variety of activities were scattered throughout two Heritage District parks, with trolley tours showcasing the rest of the beautiful community.
The music and food trucks were all a huge hit, with rockin’ bands including Vanessa Mendez of Sassy & the Sneak Attack, soulful vocalist Lee Perreira and very cool Young Country. The delicious food trucks varied at every event, and we never saw the same truck twice.
