In the Phoenix metro area, seven master-planned communities have been named among the top 50 best-selling residential developments in the nation in 2012. Among this list is DMB’s Verrado community.

Ranked #41 on the list, Verrado saw 233 home sales last year, spiking by nearly 38 percent year-over-year. It moved up the list in ranking from #42 in 2011.

Collectively, the 50 communities posted 22,806 new home sales for the year. Overall net sales last year were up a whopping 46 percent year over year.

Other communities ranked among the top 50 best sellers include Ironwood Crossing in Queen Creek; Power Ranch in Phoenix; Vistancia in Phoenix; Hastings Farms in Queen Creek; Estrella in Goodyear; and Freeman Farms in Gilbert.
