Here’s your chance to get a taste of what makes Verrado such a blast. While our House Party isn’t exactly a rave, we are raising the roof with 10 exciting new home builders and a bunch of brand new models to tour. A variety of activities will be scattered throughout the Heritage District parks, adding to the fun of checking out these new model homes. There will be rockin’ live music, tasty food trucks, fun giveaways, and cool water slides. Don’t miss this good time!

First Stop, Park Meadows
Start exploring Verrado’s growing Heritage District at Park Meadows. Grab a yummy beverage on us and get a look at our new Heritage Swim Park, coming soon. All the cool kids will be hanging there so we’ve got cool play for your kids with water slides and a Slip-N-Slide. And, bring your shades because we’ll be grooving to the tunes of an Island Steel Drum player. Along the way, tour the newest models on the block built by Meritage Homes, Maracay Homes, Mattamy Homes and Lennar.

Up Next, Cambridge Plaza Park
Enjoy a bite from one of several local food trucks in beautiful Cambridge Plaza Park. Relax to the sounds of the Silhouette Band, live, and the Anderson Institute of Music’s talented top performers under the shade. Or, grab an ice cream and meet someone new over a not-so-serious game of corn hole.

The Heritage District will be the hub of activity during the day, but trolley tours will be provided throughout for you to explore all that Verrado has as well as the exciting new amenities that are coming soon including a new school, new dog park, new sports park and new swim park. Just hop on the trolley.
