While the high temps may now be upon us, that’s not going to stop Verrado residents from having an absolute ball this summer. Why? Well, we have plenty to celebrate and an amazing new way to stay cool with the opening of the all-new Heritage Swim Park this Monday, June 15, 2015.
Open to Verrado residents only (including the Victory District, of course), Heritage Swim Park is a mecca for summer fun, complete with a huge free form resort-style pool, wading pool, splash pad, changing rooms, shaded areas, community fire pit, a bunch of BBQ grills, kid’s birthday ramada, pavilion with cafe style seating, wi-fi connectivity, a Great Lawn style park space perfect for poolside picnics or games and all sorts of other awesome stuff.
The swim park and grand lawn are the perfect place to spend a summer day (or many summer days) with your family, avoiding the heat, enjoying the water and watching the grandkids smile as they splash around and have a blast.

Here’s some more good news: even though you might not be a Victory or Verrado resident yet, you can still see the swim park for yourself by taking a tour with one of our community representatives. Just drop by one of our homebuilder’s model homes to speak with one of their team members and arrange for your personal tour.
