It’s been just over a month since our last Victory Club update, and we couldn’t be more excited to share that there’s no shortage of progress to report. In fact, as you can see from the photo gallery above, the club is shaping up very nicely. What’s most exciting is that even this early in the construction process, The Victory Club can now be seen from miles away on Indian School and Jackrabbit Trail roads as you approach Verrado and Victory. And, once you’re inside the community, you can really get a feel for all of the progress while staring out at the White Tank Mountains from the Big Patio.
Since our last report, the construction crews on site have also completed all infrastructure for The Victory Club pools, with plans to pour the pool surfaces in the next few days. A scan of the site also reveals substantial progress on the entire campus, including the entryway, Arts with a View, The Vic Restaurant, Victory Central and the Victory Tower (which is going to be super cool, by the way).
