Victory First ResidentsWelcome home, Bridget and Wayne! Just a few short months after Victory’s First Dibs event in January, the first family of Victory moved in this week.

In early January, Bridget Niehus was visiting her son and his family in Verrado. Recently retired from the Army, the Niehuses were ready to move closer to their children and grandchildren. She was looking for a place in the West Valley in another active adult community, but her realtor mentioned the opening event for Victory that very day. Within a few hours of touring a couple of the Lennar home models at Victory, Bridget had selected her new home (Lennar’s award winning Crest model) and her premium view lot!

She called her husband Wayne to let him know they were new, proud homeowners – the first in Victory.

This is a couple that is ready to dive into the Verrado and Victory’s community life. Bridget is looking forward to being able to enjoy all of Verrado with her extended family and being able to retreat into the Victory Club’s exclusive amenities for residents. It’s the best of both worlds for the Niehuses.

Brittney, one of the leaders of Victory’s Community Life team, welcomed Bridget and Wayne with a bottle of Spanish Cava with an engraved invitation to a special “first families” dinner in early November at the Big Patio. Stay tuned for more details on this very special event that will celebrate Victory’s first families and launch some of the incredible community programming that will be here at Victory.
