Fry’s has identified Village Grove at Verrado, the community’s newest commercial site located on the northwest corner of Jackrabbit Trail and Indian School Road, as a site that they want to open a Fry’s Marketplace. Currently, DMB Commercial and Fry’s are collaborating on a site plan. Fry’s plans to open Fry’s Marketplace at Village Grove at Verrado in 2017.

The City of Buckeye will be adding a traffic signal and widening the intersection at Jackrabbit Trail and Indian School Road. The City will also be widening Jackrabbit Trail to two southbound lanes on the commercial frontage and widening Indian School Road to three westbound lanes along the commercial frontage.
