Summer is in full swing here and Verrado is ready for increased pool usage with a full staff including the addition of new seasonal Ambassadors to assist the year-round team that you may already know.
Residents are fully aware that with more use comes more need for a mindful eye in and around the Heritage Swim Park and The Center on Main. It is a shared responsibility amongst residents and Ambassadors to maintain a safe, secure and beautiful amenities.
In order to meet the demand the seasonal team is on board March through September, overseeing the grounds an average of 75 percent of the peak usage times during operating hours. While the team is responsible for many behind-the-scenes duties, here is a list of what you might experience from our Ambassadors:
- Ensuring residents are adhering to the Access Card Agreement including guest policies, age restrictions and opening/closing times; you may be asked to show your key fob or provide proof of residency.
- Patrolling the Heritage Swim Park and The Center on Main regularly with a specific focus on high traffic times.
- Inspecting pools and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of guests and compliance with health codes.
- Answering questions regarding use of reservable amenities and communicate rules and policies associated with a reservation.
- Sharing information on upcoming events and programs happening within the community.
To stay informed on pool-related messaging, including unexpected closures and re-openings, please follow us on Facebook. We’ll post pool-related information as quickly as possible to alleviate inconveniences.
If you see something that doesn’t seem right during a time when a team member is not available please submit a Community Concern Form.
Please take a moment to introduce yourself the next time you are enjoying Verrado’s favorite summertime amenities.
