Have you heard the exciting news? Starting April 26, verrado.com is the online home for Verrado, including Victory at Verrado, residents.

We’re always looking for ways to improve resident experience. With that goal in mind, we’ve worked hard the past few months to integrate resident conveniences into one website—conveniences like signing up for a community-wide event, reserving a Verrado facility, learning about community news and announcements and so much more. We also wanted a website that residents could easily navigate on their phones or other mobile devices.

The end result: we retired verrado.net, making way for a much improved resident website experience at verrado.com. That’s right, now everything Verrado, including Victory at Verrado, is on one website.

At the top of the homepage, notice the resident log in link. It’s new so that Verrado, including Victory at Verrado, residents can log in to access resident-only information.
Once logged in you will be taken straight to your resident homepage—either Verrado or Victory at Verrado—and have access to a resident-specific calendar of upcoming events, news articles and important resident-only notices, and an official Verrado or Victory at Verrado Facebook feed.

When logged in, you’ll also have access to all the resident-only information and tools that you’ve always been able to access, including event registration, the design review application, facility reservations, and the community concern form. You can also view our community club listing, as well as access certain governance documents only available when you are logged in.

The new site includes a new, easier-to-use resident directory, which only Verrado, including Victory at Verrado, residents can access. When importing our resident accounts into the new site, we had the option of opting everyone into the new resident directory or opting no one in. Since most of our residents had previously opted into the directory on the old website, and since the directory on the new website is only available to residents when they are logged in, we made the choice to opt everyone into the directory on the new website. If you would like to opt out of the resident directory, please email communityassociation@verrado.com.

It’s important to note that some webpages will display additional resident-only information when you are logged in. So if you want to stay on the inside track with all things Verrado, including Victory at Verradeo, log in when using verrado.com.

Another positive change that comes with our move to verrado.com was our resident email communications. You’ll notice our emails now display well on your mobile device, as well as your desktop. Our emails now come from a different address, so be sure to save it to your contacts so you don’t miss out on important e-communications from us. If you use Gmail, save our address to your contacts and move one of our emails into your “primary” folder. This will help our future emails go straight to your inbox.

Log in and take a spin around the new resident-only section of verrado.com. We created it just for you!
