Victory is an innovative community. DMB purposefully situated this 55+ district within the all-ages community of Verrado. And DMB intentionally created a public/private Club to achieve inclusivity and exclusivity.
This fluidity between Victory and Verrado provides opportunities for Victory residents to engage with the amenities including clubs and groups, established in Verrado. It also provides opportunities for multi-generational engagement with family and friends.
DMB and Victory residents share the same goal: to protect and enhance The Victory Club. This map identifies the public, private and shared spaces of The Victory Club. It also reflects improvements that the DMB team is making immediately and before the next season.
