Golf legend Tom Lehman creates a legendary golf experience in Victory.
We love golf. And while we have enormous respect for its time-honored traditions, we’ve all seen golf’s popularity wane a bit over the last decade. Perhaps it’s a question of free time, and the endless choices of other things to do. So we’ve made it our mission to rekindle that old spark, and bring back the love. So we did a ton of research, talked to a bunch of golfers from beginner to expert, and enlisted some of the most creative minds to crack this nut. And we think we’ve teed up a winner.
It took a real pro to design a course that breaks new ground.
In golf, the phrase “nobody’s perfect” can be an understatement. Not everyone can drive the ball 300 yards. Or hit arrow-straight at the target. Or loft exactly right out of deep rough. That’s why The Victory Course will be designed for the rest of us. A multitude of tee box positions. Wider fairways. Less rough. More opportunities for recovery. All designed to make play more fun.
But if you’re an ace, don’t be fooled. Tom Lehman has some serious design tricks in his bag to make Victory golf a challenge for you too. Fast, undulating greens. Unexpected pin positions. And plenty of risk/reward opportunities to keep you on your spiked toes.
Two amazing courses. One incredible location.
The Victory Course is unlike any you’ve played. First off, the setting is stunning: wide swaths of green fairways set beneath towering rock faces. Giant granite boulders dot the high desert landscape. And the dramatic backdrop of the White Tank Mountains reminds us why we live here.
Also set within the tranquil canyons and coves of the White Tanks, is Verrado Golf Club’s the Founders Course. This breathtaking course has earned a top 5 spot on GolfWeek’s “2016 Best Courses You Can Play,” making 2016 the fourth year in a row Verrado has been honored to make the list, going from number 16 in 2013 all the way to 4 in 2016!
